Kristi Steiert
In addition to being the co-founder of Boss Ladies' Bookkeeping and Business Solutions, Kristi comes with decades of management, accounting, and human resource experience in the fields of hospitality, real estate and property management. She brings sound, solution-based direction and oversight to the team.
Kristi's a former Market Center Administrator at a KW OBX,
Director of Operations for a successful real estate team and present owner of a small motel on the Outer Banks. She loves doing life with Clint, her husband of 37 years.
Life is good. Busy and really, really good.
Brittany Steiert
An Interior Designer by trade, Brittany brings vast and varied talents and experience to Boss Ladies'. From construction and project management to systemizing inventory and payroll systems, she's the detective, puzzle-solver and system-builder extraordinaire. Her creative gifts are utilized in the "business solutions" side of Boss Ladies' where staging, design and decorating services are offered.
She loves the flexibility of self-employment that enables her to support her daughter, Jaelynn, in all of her high school endeavors. #boss2 #momfirst #numberonefan
Tess Shirley
Tess has sales, office administration, reservations and marketing experience, all of which are required to fill her role at Boss Ladies'. As Boss 3, she's kind of a big deal in our Simpsonville, SC office. Tess will grow our systems, take charge of onboarding our clients and manage all of our online marketing efforts.
In her spare time, Tess loves #livingherbestlife by spending time with her family and friends.
Ginger shirley
Creating systems, coordinating operations, and organizing various functions are just a few of the talents Ginger brings to the team. As a former Assistant Team Leader/ Operations Manager at KW Greenville Upstate, coupled with over 15 years as a middle school teacher, Ginger seeks ways to make clients’ lives easier, so they can concentrate on what they do best! Ginger enjoys spending time with her husband of 26 years, and following her adult children and first grandbaby, Millie, in all of their many endeavors.
